Prohibition of using international drivers permit

1.  If a foreigne with international drives permit cannt drive in Korea for the one of the following cases.

- One fails to pass the physical test

- One had accident through negligence or willful intent

- Any violation of Road Traffice Act of Korea

2. Under the violation of the above, one shall be notified the Notice of Prohibition of Driving and one should submit his/her international driver's permit

3.   One can take back his international driver's license on the departure out of Korea under request.
